2010 ROOM RESERVATIONS

The host hotel is booked. Please use the overflow hotel. Overflow Hotel Information:

LaQuinta Inn, Pine Bluff. Call 870-850-0444 to make a reservation. Rates are $80 for a regular room, $95 for a suite. 2 dog maximum. A $100.00 nonrefundable deposit will be charged to hold the reservation on Sept. 1, 2010. Upon check-in, a $100.00 pet deposit will be required, which is refundable at check-out if there are no damages.

Days Inn, Pine Bluff. Call 870-534-1800 to make a reservation. This hotel is located next door to the Agility Stadium. Rates are $65-75 for a suite. This is an all suite hotel which will include a microwave and fridge in each room. 2 dog maximum. A $100.00 nonrefundable deposit will be charged to hold the reservation on Sept. 1, 2010. Upon check-in, a $100.00 pet deposit will be required, which is refundable at check-out if there are no damages.

Ramada Pine Bluff Information:

The Ramada Plaza Hotel (host hotel) began taking reservations Nov. 2, 2009, and filled within a few hours. Approximately 40 rooms were held back for the hotel's 'use', per Ramada requirements. The hotel owner has promised that these rooms will be released to the Division as early as possible, probably no later than September 1. Those on the hotel's wait list will be given first opportunity to book one of these rooms.

Room Rates

• 2 Queen Beds: $72 + tax
• Suite (1 King Bed): $82 + tax

***Suites do not have sleeper sofas.
***Smoking rooms will be available only on the top (5th) floor. Please let them know when you call if you want a smoking room.

Special Requests:

The hotel will make every attempt to honor special requests regarding room assignments such as handicapped room requests.
